Design Development (detail design)

The focus of the work shifts from conceptual to technical during Design Development. Final engineering is done and decisions made.
Generally, this includes detailed strategies and specifications, as well as design documentation describing the show, architectural, and site elements that support the projects’ design intent.
The scope of documentation resulting from this phase allows to prepare a final, comprehensive project budget and schedule and move into preparing construction documents.
Documents produced include: refined floor plans, developed elevations, sections, details, finishes, outline specifications and final renderings.
