Using the preliminary statistical and financial parameters of the future park, our design process begins with an assessment of the projected average daily attendance.

Based on these figures, we develop an appropriate mix of attractions, food and beverage facilities, guest amenities, technical infrastructure, and other essential park components.
The next stage is the development of the architectural concept and masterplan. This includes thematic zoning, guest circulation and flow, transportation and service routes, the positioning of attractions and other facilities, as well as landscape and technical planning.
The subsequent stages involve more detailed design development, further refinement of the masterplan, and the development of additional elements required to create a complete and well-integrated park environment.
